Wednesday afternoon: A lecture "The Geology of the Island" by Gabriela Queiroz, a Professor of Geology of the University of Azores. Travel by bus to volcano "Furnas" and the volcanic steems, and conference dinner in "Furnas" with a tipical meal cooked buried on the land from the volcanic heat and sulfuric steem.

Friday afternoon: Free afternoon. For those who dare, we are planning a descent in the desert volcano "Fogo" and a walk along the lagoon
